bus to Boardwalk?

We're planning on Spoodles for lunch on our MGM day. Is there a bus direct from the park to Boardwalk? How about direct buses from resorts to Boardwalk? I wasn't sure where to post this, the transportation forum didn't look quite right, so I'm trying ya'll. You've answered every other question I could think of! Thanks!

From MGM to BoardWalk, you can either take a boat or walk (maybe .75 of a mile?).

From MGM, there is a boat to the Boardwalk area (and EPCOT). There are no busses. If you just miss a boat and feel like walking, it's a nice 15-20 minute walk.

It is a great boat ride. If you're tired from walking in the parks all day, the MGM walk can seem long (although pretty).
