Bus timing questions

Going to WDW with a party of 10 week one December. Staying POR Catching the bus most mornings at south (main) bus stop.

Can anyone estimate what time I should be out at bus stop if wanting to be at parks for rope drop (9am).

MK?
HS?
Epcot?
AK?

Also, we have dining at 5:30 TREX DTD...what time should we be at boat dock?

I would allow an hour, namely be at the bus stop by 8 AM for a 9 AM rope drop.

The main problem is finding the sweet spot bus too full to take you so you need to plan on being able to take at least one bus before that. Also at Riverside there is no orderly queue for the bus and who gets on first depends on exactly where the bus door stops.

Hollywood Studios can open up to half an hour early on non-extra-magic-hours mornings (non-Saturdays). Exactly when is unpredictable. If you want to be prepared for a possible 8:30 opening, be at the bus stop at 7:30.
