Bus System for All Stars

I keep hearing that the All-Stars do share busses.
Then I read that no, they don't.

Whats the answer??

Do the busses pick up from Sports, then Music, then Movies?

And drop people off in that same order? (Sp, Mu, Mo)

We stayed at Movies, and only 2 times did we drop people off at Sports and Music. Why is that?
Would it have been during slower or busier times of the day? Or depending on where we were coming from? (DTD, waterparks, parks)
Because I honestly can't remember. I just remember that were were like, "Hey, there is Sports, why are we here?'

Please, someone clear this up for me!
This will help us decide where we want to stay in September.

it varies.

during the morning - every one has their own bus.

also assumed during park closing - every one had their own bus. but someone else say they didn't....

during the off times 10am to 6pm - they might share. might share! not will share.

Here's how it works......during the slower seasons the AS may have individual buses. This is based on how full the resorts are and it would only be at the peak times of day, park opening and closing. Throughout the day it is a shared bus. In the busier seasons there is more individual bus service but there are still shared buses.

Yes, they stop at Sports, Music and Movies in that order.

If the bus service is a big deal it might be wise to either rent a car or stay a a resort with dedicated buses, like POP.

A WORD ABOUT BUS SHARING

To me Bus Sharing at the All Stars is really a non issue.

In the mornings during Park opening hours each All Star usually has a dedicated bus.
During mid day it is usually just our stop and maybe one more on the way to the parks. On the way back sometimes it is all 3 but often Sports and Movies share and Music has it's own bus back. Each of the All Stars usually has it's own dedicated bus back from the MK.
That is a big plus. It seems like the Music bus stop usually has the shortest of the three All Star bus lines.

I guess some people who stay at POP see all 3 All Star names on the return sign of our bus stop when they head to the POP bus stop and think All Stars also has 3 stops on the way to the park.
(Even when we stop at another AS resort to load up it has not taken more than 5 minutes and we are on our way!

I stayed at Movies in Jan. 2005 and Feb. 2006 (off season) and we always had our own buses. We were out first thing each morning and back late at night, so I'm sure during peak travel time everyone has their own. During the day they probably share.

I agree its really a non issue but I will add...

I have stayed at the three All Stars a number of times -- so many I don't even remember.

I have had dedicated buses, shared buses with one or two of the other vaules (last summer there was alot of Sports/Movies buses with Music having their own).

I have had shared buses morning noon and night. I have had dedicated buses morning noon and night.

I have been on the Cattle bus (I think they took that out of circulation).

I have had the bus stops start at Sports and then hit Music and Movies.

I have had the bus stops strart at Movies and reverse the order.

I have stayed at the All Stars in virtually every month/season of the year and it just varies. Sometimes it seems to make sense, other times it doesn't.

So frankly I don't think there is a definitive answer.

That said I have stayed there many times and have always gotten back to my hotel (sometimes faster than I imagined, sometimes a longer trip than I would haver preferred. I will also mention I have had that experience with the Swan/Dolphin/Yacht/Beach/BW buses and the Poly/WL buses also.
