Bus Stop Numbers

Just curious as to what determines the bus stop numbers at the parks for pick up and drop off and do they ever change?

Contrary to popular belief, resort price does not determine what bus stop number they are at a theme park. In fact, as far as I can tell, there really is very little rhyme or reason as to bus stop locations. Although, Value resorts typically are the furthest, ONLY because they need to accomodate the potential for long lines.

Bus stop numbers can change, as needed for construction or renovations of a certain area. For example, the cobblestone pavers at the Magic Kingdom are being replaced by a much smoother styled-concrete. As such, stops will change as sections are re-paved.
