Bus Service to BCV improving?

I've read complaints about bus service to BCV and BWV. During our recent stay we noticed there was a cast member with a radio out front every day timing the busses and was on the radio calling for additional busses when the wait was too long. Is this something new?

The busses still stopped at all 5 resorts, but we never waited too long.

Sounds new to me, we saw no such thing when we stayed there in July. Would be great to find out that Disney is working to rectify the bussing problems with the Epcot resorts!

We were there last week and a lady with a radio was there a couple of times. We only had one bus related problem. We waited 25 minutes for a Magic Kingdom bus. No big deal, we're not in any hurry. We all piled on the bus, now filled to capacity, when another MK bus pulls up behind us. The driver announces that the people standing can leave the bus to go to the new arrival. The bus is still pretty full and we wait to depart. After about 5 minutes the lady with the radio comes aboard and tells us our bus is broken down and we have to get on the bus that arrived a few minutes ago. The bus driver never mentioned anything while we waited so I'm not sure what was going on. Other than that we had no other problems with bus transportation from the BCV. We had a great stay so one little issue was no big deal.
