bus service early enough for 8 am ADRs?

are there buses that get you to breakfasts ADR at 8 am? Are they up and running? like at poly and ohana? I would be coming from pop. I read a very very old post mentioning a character breakfast bus.

Yes I believe it's 2 hrs before the park opens. You will have to go to MK though and then take the monorail over.

agree'd i thought it was like an hour and half prior to opening but yes they do run. and yes you'll have to go to MK then monorail. Never had a problem..The resorts usually tell you to be at the bus terminal by or at 7.

The buses will be running and you might luck out and they'll take you right to the resort instead of the MK. When we stayed at AKL and did Chef Mickey's before the park opened, the buses were going to the MK and the monorail resorts until the park was open. My friend lucked out and was the only person on his All-Star bus, so the driver just took him directly to the CR, too. I wouldn't *count* on it happening, but it is nice when it does. =)

We have been to a ton of 8am ressies and I can tell you that we have never ever seen a character breakfast bus, we can be at the bus stop at 6:30 and not see any park buses for an hour, and then we would be late for breakfast

Save yourself a world of stress and worry and take a cab or drive to your breakfast

Buses begin running as early as 6:15 am but they are infrequent & unpredictable that early in the morning. If traveling from Pop to the Poly for Ohana for an 8:00am adr you will need to be at the bus stop no later than 7:00am. As a pp stated, you may get lucky and the bus driver will take you directly to the Poly but you don't know, so plan on taking a bus to MK & then taking the monorail to the Poly.

I have used the early buses many times and never missed a reservation because one never came. If you are worried about it ask the night before about it.

Worst case is you hop in a cab if it gets down to the wire.
