Bus service at AKL

We just bought at AKL this weekend and have a trip booked in December
(12/20-12/26). We will be using the bus service everyday with our 3 year old and 1 year old daughters. Any complaints? Does AKL share bus service with any other resorts?

We found the service fine when we were there in January. And all the busses are dedicated (AKL only)

Were pretty much dedicated WDW transportation users, usually only renting a car for a day or 2 if at all.

Keep cabs in mind for any situations where you might be running late. They are parked right out front of the resort and you just need to go over and tell valet you want one. I use them alot when I travel with just a friend and the fam stays home. We don't like waiting for the bus or the crowds when it's just a girlfriends weekend trip. It can be costly $12 -$15 depending on where you are going from AKL, but again, when it's just me and a friend we splurge much more than when travelling with the family group

We had no problems with the service in May. We actually thought the bus service was quicker at AK than the bus service at GF. It's nice not sharing busses and having to make extra stops.

When we were at AKV in March, we joked that we thought the buses must have read our minds because we NEVER waited once for a bus the whole week. It seemed every time we went down to the bus stop, the bus we wanted was areadly there waiting or just driving up.

I can't complain about the bus service except it seemed that the buses to and from AK had the longest waits. I would have thought the opposite because it is so close.

I have no complaints about the bus service at AKL.

We've had 2 stays at AKV and bus service was great each time. I hope that continues for this weekend!
