Bus Routes Outside Disney??

Can anyone tell me if you can catch a bus to Premium Outlet Mall from somewhere near the Disney Properties. We will be staying at SSR and would love to hop on a bus if possible. There will be 9 of us and from what I understand The Premium Outlet Mall is fairly close.
