Heres our last post regarding the great CMs at WDW. (this is only posted to disAbilities).
The bus drivers were great! We simply waited at the rear entry site, and almost all of the drivers would allow us to load first (we usually didnt use the ramp, but my wife would set Mason (with his crutches) on the bus, then she would load with Claire and Benjamin (with his walker). Then I would load with the 2 strollers! Whew! But the bus drivers were, by and large, great and would help us in any way possible. There were a couple of outliers, where the bus drivers did not recognize our special needs (or those with guests in WC for that matter), as well as a handful of rude guests. But mostly, they made the part of our trip that we were dreading the most (loading that crew and gear!) a pleasant experience.
