Bus or Car to MK?

We, DH, DD(9) DBFF(9), and I, have a 8:05 reservation at Crystal Palace in MK one morning. I am staying at Animal Kingdom -Kindani Village? I was wondering at what time I need to leave my room to make my reservation, if I am driving my own car and if I am taking resort bus transportation? Also, In your opinion which method of transportation is best to the MK?

I would go with using WDW transportation. If you want to take the bus to the Magic Kingdom they start running at 6:30 AM every morning, so if you get on that one you should arrive there well before your ADR. If you were to drive your car you need to deal with parking, taking the tram to the Transportation & Ticket Center, then the Express Monorail or boat to the Magic Kingdom.

Go with the bus. At that time of the morning and with older children, you could probably get a 7:30 AM bus and make it in time. If you are concerned, leave 15 minutes earlier. Like CR Resort Fan 4 Life said, there are many hurdles for you in driving that won't make that great a difference.

Another vote for taking the bus to the MK. Driving to the MK makes no sense as you have to park at the TTC and then either monorail or take the boat over to the MK. Only Disney buses are allowed close the the MK entrance.
