Is there a bus map that shows resort to parks route or any WDW transportation routes and directions/stops? My husband and I are going to Orlando for a conference and we will dine and visit the parks after 5 pm. However we don't want to sit on a bus for an hour loop, so our strategy is to find the most direct access to Epcot and other parks for best evening enjoyment. We are staying at CBR for the duration of our trip.

A map wouldn't really work because there really aren't "routes," but it's pretty simple really.

There is direct transportation between resorts and the parks, as well as resorts and Downtown Disney.

There is also direct transportation between the parks:

>Note: The MK bus connections arrive and depart only at TTC.<

MK/TTC> Epcot = Monorail
MK/TTC> DHS = Bus
MK/TTC> AK= Bus

AK> DHS= Direct Bus
AK> Epcot= Direct Bus
AK> TTC/MK= Bus

DHS> TTC/MK= Bus
DHS> AK= Direct Bus
DHS> Epcot= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)
......Boats ("Friendships") make 3 interim stops at the Epcot area resorts.)

Epcot > TTC/MK= Monorail
Epcot > AK= Direct Bus
Epcot> DHS= Direct Bus (Epcot Front Gate) or Boat (Epcot Intl. Gateway)
......Boats ("Friendships") make 3 interim stops at the Epcot area resorts.)

The buses have their destinations shown on them on illuminated signs.
The bus stops at the parks are also marked with signage.

It looks complicated here, but the WDW transportation system is very easy to figure out.

Thank you for the response but I am most interested in the number of bus resort stops before and after CBR. Does the resort bus only go from CBR to EPCOT or does it stop at all the resorts prior to Epcot? If it goes from CBR to BCR then I can walk or take the friendship launch to EPCOT or launch DHS.

CBR does not share buses with another resort, but does have multiple stops.

So if I understand correctly the CBR has a bus dedicated to its guests that has multiple stops within the resort then to the individual parks as a loop.

:thumbsup2 Sorry, yes for each park there is a dedicated bus for CBR.

There are separate buses for each of the parks. If you want to go to Epcot you wait at the bus stop for the Epcot bus. That particular bus won't necessarily go back to CBR after dropping everyone off at the park. It will probably be dispatched elsewhere.

All of the above rephrased for the OP:

If you're at point A and want to get to point B, go to the bus stop that has point B listed. When the bus pulls up it will have point B on its signboard. The bus will load up and its next destination will be point B. If point B is your hotel, it may have multiple stops. You can get off either one but there will be one closest to your building / room, which will be fully explained at check in.

There are multiple stops within CBR. Depending on the stop you hop on at, you could make 4 addtl stops or no stops before heading to a particular park. There is a bus that goes to MK, one that goes to Epcot, one that goes to AK and one that goes to DHS...and one that goes to DTD. Once you are on the, for instance, MK bus, you won't stop at any other parks.
Once at the parks, you will see one stop for CBR...get on the bus, and back to CBR you go, getting off at the particular CBR resort stop that works for you...depending on where your room is.
