We are planning on staying at Pop the second week in June and I was wondering if the wait for the buses is still an issue. We stayed at PORS two years ago and Pop four years ago and back then it seemed like we were being punished for staying at a value hotel. The walk to the bus line was farther away and the wait for the bus was longer. What is your opinion.

The bus locations haven't changed. And the more people that stay at the values, the more people are on the buses. I stayed at POP in late Jan, and the buses were very, very full, despite being an "off peak" time of year. We stayed at POP as a family 3 years ago, and complained amongst ourselves the same kind of thing you posted about - how far away the bus stops were, etc. I have no actual evidence of this, so it's JMO, but I do believe that the more you pay, the better your drop off location is as in the shorter the walk to the park entrance. I wouldn't necessarily call it being punished, but rather money does seem to open up those amenities... frills vs. no-frills amenities.

Nope still the same! It also depends on when you go-June tends to be crowded with kids getting out of school so the demand is up, and so are the crowds. I always keep the kids occupied with snacks for the long wait-enjoy your trip-we're going up for the weekend today off grounds & our big trip is in September at the AKL!:yay:

People at all levels of resorts complain about the buses. No one wants to wait in line.

The stops are still farther away. However, if it makes you feel any better, when we stayed at the GF last year, our wait for the bus was no better then it is for any other resort. We even ended up taking the C and P buses a few times and then picking up the monorail from those resorts in order to get back to our hotel faster. It's just Murphy's Law. When you want to go to MK every bus that comes through is for a different park, and when you are tired and want to get back to your resort every other resorts seems to have 2 or 3 buses come through before yours comes and then you still can't get on because there are to many people in front of you :rotfl2: :rotfl2: !

We are staying at Pop the second week in June also!! If we have ADRs that we need to be on time for, how far in advance do we need to be standing in the bus line to get to our ADRs on time?
TIA
