Bus from Parks to DS?

I was surprised on my last trip that they added busses from the parks to Disney Springs. Is this still the case and will it be still the week before Christmas? And does the bus go from DS to a park or just from a park to DS? TIA

There have been buses from the parks to DS for several years, but they're only available after 4:00 pm. There are no buses from DS to the parks

Yes still the case. I believe they start at 4pm.
Yes it should still be going on next month.
No the buses do not run from DS to the parks.
You would need to go to a resort and then to a park.
