Bus from MK to Yacht Club

I'd actually go with the original plan, heading to MK and grab the yacht club bus. With early park entry they should be running well before you need them and the ride from MK to YC will be nice and quiet. Although bus to DHS and boat should work just as well.

Although I really like this option, I had a negative experience the one time I did this.

Several years ago, I went to Early Magic Hour at MK while the rest of my family slept in. Trying to walk against the masses at 9:30 am to get to the bus was very difficult. I stayed to the extreme right, hugging the rail, but I still had people calling me rude for going against the flow.

The walk from the Skyliner to the Yacht Club would be almost as far as the walk from Hollywood Studios to the Yacht Club. I'm certain it would take longer.

Sorry, I don’t agree with that. The walk from the skyliner to YC takes about 5 minutes. The walk to Studios takes about 20.

The total trip might take as long depending on lines at skyliner. But the physical walk is not the same.
