Bus and monorail early morning hours?

I apologize in advance, I'm sure this has been asked somewhere but I can't find a thread about it. What time in the morning do the monorail and busses start running? thinking about doing the behind the scenes train tour at MK which starts at 7:30am. So how can we get there that early using Disney transportation from the resort? We'll either be at Poly or Beach club. TIA

Buses start running at/by 6:30, about every half hour. For 100% safety, if you need a bus you will want to be waiting that early. Monorails start at, I think, 7.
