I was just wondering if anyone has ever tried the Burt's Bees products. I have very sensitive skin and eczema and someone had told me that line of products might help, especially the hand salve (where I have the most trouble with eczema). I was just curious if anyone has an opinion that line of products.

Thanks.

I love their foot creme and I also use their lip balm. I have several of their other products that I haven't tried yet. You can order a sampler kit to see what you like.

I have the hand lotion and used to have really dry skin. It has helped immensely. :) I hope it helps you, too. :)

The lip balm is my absolute favorite! It's wonderful. One of my cats has this strange attraction to it too - he always tries to lick my lips when I have it on :p

It worked really well, a life saver while I was in Charleston last summer.

I love Burt's Bees - I use their Coconut Foot Cream, Hand Salve, Avocado Hair Therapy, lip balm, poison ivy soap etc.... My dogs use their doggie products & I buy the Baby Bee stuff (esp. the buttermilk bath) for all my friends, relative's babies......

If you have sensitive skin, the Baby Bee line might be best - Like DonnaS said, they have sampler sets that you could try out. I usually order from Drugstore.com - they often have gifts with purchase & free shipping......

I LOVE Burt's Bees! The products are completley wonderful. The lip balm is my absolute fav out there and i have gotten many friends to switch over to it. I also use thier Carrot Day Cream, foot cream, soap, milk and honey body lotion, cuticle cream, hand salve, Dr. Burt, and will try just about anything else that the Co. comes out with. You can go to www.burtsbees.com to check it out, but i know that it's gaining more popularity because they are putting the products in a lot more "common" stores rather than specialty or health stores.:D

I went the the Bath and Body Works store in Somerset Mall (in Detroit) and they sold Burts Bee's stuff. It looked like that store was a test market store because it had a lot more items than I find at my BBW store. I like their stuff. The hand balm is great, but I also bought hand balm at The Body Shop and it was great also. The smell has mango in it and it smells so good!

I get my Burts Bees products at Drugstore.com when they are on sale. Great prices. I think you'll like them. I have some eczema on my ankle and elbow and it really helps relieve that itchy, dry feeling and keeps it looking as moist as anything I've tried.

I have their Apricot Baby oil, which I love. You can use it in the bathtub, but I am not a bath person generally. I like to use it after a shower. It has a real nice apricot smell and it makes my skin feel soft.

I use the lipbalm its the absolute bst Ive ever used! Nice minty flavour too.

The carrot day creme is awesome so is the foot creme and my favourite is the Comfrey ointment when I have a bruise or a sting or a bug bite! It works wonders!!

We love their stuff. I mainly use the Baby Bees line so that I can use stuff on Jacob, too. The skin cream is wonderful. It works on my dry skin and on Jacob's diaper rash. The apriocot oil is great, too. I use it to massage Jacob, to rub in my feet, and I mix it with water for a solution to use with cloth wipes so that my baby's bottom smells like fruit instead of soap. :)

Another fan here.

We use the Apricot oil, handcreme, lip chap. We have a couple sampler kits from a store in town that carries their line.

herc.

I just bough the sample pack of the skin treatements... I love them!! I see a difference already... :)

And the Marshmallow skin cream smells and feels so wonderful :)

try the little sample pack first to see which products you like it's in a little purple case :)

I also love the Coconut Foot Cream , the Avocado Hair Treatment and the lip balm

When winter comes I stock up on the lip balm. I never leave home without it :)

I too have ezcema and found that the Almond hand cream in the jar works the best. I forget the real name of the stuff, but it does work well. Have used it for a while. the jar has 2 oz I believe.

I went into the Burt's website and via the store locator found a place here in town that carries some of the products.

I went to the store and got a sample pack as suggested. It's a "head to toe starter kit". It's got a lot of the things I wanted to try except for the the almond? hand creme and the apricot oil. I'm going to have to get those.

I can already tell I'm going to love this line. The lip balm (love it) is going to make me give up Carmex I'm sure.

Thanks again everyone!
