Burt's Bee Grab Bag!

I've never ordered from Burt's Bees before. Has anyone ever had any problems? Also, do you get what they list in the grab bag or is it usually different? I was thinking of ordering the grab bag and using it for Christmas stuffers.

I have ordered twice before and they come in just as they say, I haven't had any issues and I ordered one again!

meanser thank you so much for sharing your experience. I've been trying to find out about them all day. I bought the grab bag, got the $2.95 shipping, the free lip balm and the free cuticle cream. I'm ecstatic!!! I've now got things for all the women on my Christmas list as well as something special for myself for a great price.

Mine came today, and it's great except I think it's missing the clip on lip balm. Does anyone know what this looks like? Otherwise DD and I are quite happy.

Its a small fabric/neoprene tube with a clip on it so you can attach your lip balm to your bag. Size is about 1x2 in package, and it's flat.

Grab bag comes in a clear bag with drawstring and the Burt's Bees logo on it. Got mine today already, I ordered very late on the 18th.

I got an email this morning that mine should arrive tomorrow via FedEx. I'm really excited to see the contents. I may order a second one for my DSIL's birthday.

Pay attention to your shipment amounts. Mine got sent today $5 more than my confirmation email. I am calling them in the AM. But just wanted you all to check your shipment email.

Yeah I noticed the same thing, although I was already charged the $29.xx, but got an email stating my order has shipped with a total of $34.00! Let me know what happens when you call them. Thanks!

I checked my credit card and they only billed me the $29- but all the paperwork that comes with the package says the higher amount.
so I am thinking it's just they don't reflect the discounts on the "bill"
I got it this morning and it is PACKED! The grab bag comes in a clear vinyl pouch. STOCKED with the stuff. It looks like a substantial gift if you want to give it that way. (The gloves, red bag ect- all look like they can easily be taken out if you wanted to split it up. And everything is sealed(I'm keeping those lip glosses! So CUTE!)

I called yesterday when I noticed that my shipping confirmation was a different amount by $6. The customer service rep assured me that my credit card was charged the lower amount. She said the reciept in the box would also show the higher amount. When it was delivered this morning, there were no prices listed anywhere on the paper. Looks like a really nice gift bag though.

Thanks, OP! My package came today and it looks great! I like that the bag is nice enough to keep for gift-giving without having to repackage it and it's a good bargain for the amount of products in the bag.

Be sure to capitalize the word WINNER. I didn't at first and was given an error message saying the code was invalid.

I made that mistake last year. I ordered one for a x-mas gift and wished I had ordered one for myself.

This year the one I ordered is for me!
