I dug up my old Burley bike trailer from our messy garage. It's a double seater.

It is like this:

I have modified the front wheel so that it does not stick out so much. I did use it at a Six Flags. I was able to save money from having to rent one.

Is this legal for me to use at the WDW parks? It folds down so I can take it on a bus.

Thanks,

Your picture/link didn't work, so I can't tell what it looks like. If it's something you can push and it's no wider than 32 inches or so, i don't think you would have a problem. They don't allow wagons though, so if it looks like a wagon, it probably won't be allowed.

here's a link that shoudl work click here

personally, I don't think they will let you use it - but I suppose there's no harm in trying. I think that unless you have completely removed the front wheel it's going to get in the way.

Hmm - link won't work for me either - but it's all there, you just need to cut and paste all of it, including the bit that isn't highlighted in the original post.

People posted a while ago that their jogging strollers were stopped at the turnstiles and they were given a WDW stroller to use because the wheel that sticks out in front was a hazard. Strollers that don't have swivel wheels on the front are hard to use at WDW. We saw people using them at our last trip - each time they had to change direction (even a little) they had to slow almost to (or completely to) a stop and put weight on the back wheels and "bump" it in the direction they needed to go. That meant they were constantly stopping in front of people with no warning.

I have a D'Lite Burley and I would say that one would be a nightmare in WDW! The trailer is (1) really wide and (2) we call the front wheel of the stroller a "cow catcher" because it gets in the way all the time. I guess it all depends on how much you modified yours, but I stopped using mine at the local Farmer's Market because I bumped into too many people and other folks tripped over the bar that the wheel is attached to.

I also cannot imagine you being able to fold a Burley easily for bus transportation. Mine is very big and bulky in all forms. It does work great for the intended purpose ... as a bike trailer.

My front wheel is on the left corner. It sticks out a bit like my foot rest pedals of my wheelchair. It is a little wheel and does swivel.

When I was in my wheelchair while in theme parks, you won't believe how many people stepped on my feet while they were resting on the chairs' foot rest pedal.

My Burley is as wide as my wheelchair and folds down as flat as my wheelchair.

and in Water Country USA. I also used it in Colonial Williamsburg. I'm glad I used it at CW because the sidewalks are full of slow walkers, crooked, or there wasn't one!
