If you are purchasing or activating a new AP by the end of the month stop by any local Orlando Burger King and grab a coupon to get an extra year for free. You have to purchase the AP at the regular price but with the coupon it ends up being less than $90/year.

I had purchased my AP in October but Guest Services allowed me to upgrade with the coupon and an extra fee (to bring my purchase price up to the current one) when I activated it last week.

Does anyone have a code from one of the Burger King coupons they would be willing to email to me? I live in Indiana, and we are heading to Universal next week....WOOHOO! I was planning to order online and pick up the tickets at the park.

Also, does anyone know if there is a limit on how many you can buy with each coupon? I was planning to get 5 tickets, since it would work out to be cheaper than either the 5 day bonus pass or the Power Pass, and we go to Florida every year anyway.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give! Can't wait to hit the parks next week!

Meredith

The code is posted a few times somewhere on this board. If you do a search you should be able to find it with any other info. I just used the code last week and it works great!!!!!!!!!!

I just tested it, and it works :)

I got the 2 year deal last August, and I can't begin to add up how much I saved in discounts since then,, on hotel, food, and just shopping in general while there. This will be the third trip since I got the AP, and I will be sure to get another before this one runs out.

Thank you for the code Teris. Now to head over to the site and order my tickets! The discounts and free parking are a definite perk....and for 2 years for the price of 1 it works out be cheaper than the annual Power Pass. I know we'll be using it at least twice this year, so we are already ahead of the game!

Thanks again,

Meredith

When I talked to a person at Universal she said that in order to get the two for one deal my initial pass would have to be activated before the summer is over, I forgot when exactly. Is there anyway to activate without actually being in florida to do so.

All of the two year passes are automatically activated by June 31, wheither or not you are at the parks yet. You can still arrive after that, and the pass is good. This so all the 2 year passes will expire at the same time.

if you don't physically activate the pass before June 30, 2004, then it automatically activates on that date, therefore ending June 30, 2006. I hope I have this right as I bought an AP a few days ago, but won't be at US/IOA until the end of October.

Can anyone else confirm this???

travelin' tigger - I can confirm that all passes will expire on June 30, 2006. I sent an e-mail to customer service to be sure that my family could buy this pass and not activate them until November 2004 and still be able to get more than a year out of them. They said yes, that all passes (no matter when they were physically activated) would expire in June 2006 and that our first use could be in November. Have a great time!

I already have 4 annual passes that were activated last December. I am visiting again in June 2004. I am able to upgrade the passes for another year.... if so how do i do it.
