Hi all :goodvibes

Just got back on Thursday and am planning another trip :rotfl:... just don't tell DH, OK?? :rolleyes1

Basically, though I need to know which other on-site hotels have bunk beds? I know that my two would not share a bed... and I'm certainly not sleeping with either of them!!!!

Looks as if only the Cheyenne guarantee it.... but if we were to request it at another, what are our chances???

I know you guys will have the answers ;) :worship: :flower3:

Apparently the SL used to have a few rooms with bunk beds but when I requested them we didn't get them last year, wasn't fussed really. I'm sure others have said the Admirals floor at NBC have bunks in some rooms.

Hi we stayed in the Santa Fe at Easter in a newly refurbished room and they had bunk beds too, didn't request them as didn't realise they existed! (always had two double beds). Just wondering if this is going to be the norm once all rooms are refurbished or only a few?, either way it's worth asking if you were thinking of staying there at some point.

The Cheyenne is the only onsite hotel with bunk beds as standard in their rooms. There are bunks in most of the other onsite hotels, but as this is not their standard configuration, even if you request them, you can't be guaranteed you'll get them.

Hmmmm, thought as much....

Now, SL would be my top choice for a November trip.... but I would NEED bunk beds otherwise none of us are going to get any sleep!!!!

Thanks for your responses :)

Even though my kids are grown up that was what happened to us: none had a decent night of sleep because kids did not want to share and swopping beds was not a success. Results:grumpy kidsinthe day and nervous mumbecause they were grumpy.

SQ is a no-no for us since.

i hate sharing a bed with my dd but have found we have to in disney....shes only 5 but sleeps like a starfish so i get about an inch's worth of bed space!!!!!!

my other option is to share with my mum btu since she snores like a trooper i would end up deaf!!!!you can tell i dont get much sleep at disney dont you, slept in the bath one night last year out of sheer desperation :rotfl:

put your DD in with your Mum, and get some earplugs ;).

Like Jill we also had a lovely room with bunk beds in Newport bay (Admirals floor) but were told they couldnt guarantee it.
We took a blow up bed with us just in case as (adult) DS didnt want to share with DD (9 at time)

There are bunk beds in Kyriad and Magic Circus and 2 single beds in Explorers so one of these hotels might be worth looking at

That's such a good idea! My PILs have a ReadyBed for DS that we could borrow and take just incase.... totally forgot that would be an option... D'oh!!! :upsidedow
