We're planning on doing the land/sea package January 19, 2003 and I have a few questions.

What kind of park passes do you get?

Does Disney provide transportation to and from the airport? I remember seeing DCL buses on our last trip.

Hi! Throw in as many questions as you like - there are lots of experts here who can and will answer just about anything!

In answer to your first bunch - you get an Unlimited Hopper Pass as part of the land/sea package (good from the day you check in to the day you embark on your cruise inclusive) and DCL will transport you from airport to resort to port to airport on the wonderful DCL buses.

Just to let you know, on the last morning of your land package you can leave for the ship from Animal Kingdom. It's a great way to "squeeze" out a little extra land time. The busses leave at 12:30, we did it in November and it worked out great. You must purchase transfers from DCL. Have Fun!

On our 4/3 we were so pleasently surprised as to how well we were guided and taken care of. We were met in the terminal by a Magic CM who took us to the central termianl where we met up with another CM and a bunch of folks doing land and sea. We were then escorted to the buses going to the appropiate resorts. On the way to the resort we saw a video on what to expect and told us what document to have ready. Upon arrival at the resort we were checked in and told our luggage would be delivered that afternoon. We got on the bus goin to the Magic Kinkdom and had a ball. Upon returning to our room, the luggage was there.
On the night before we were to leave we left our luggage outside the room. The next morning we had breakfast, took a long walk and then boarded a bus for the ship. Wait till you cross the bridge and get your first glimpse of the Wonder. You will never forget it. On the way to the ship we were shown a video telling us what to expect. There was a short wait and we boarded the ship. The Keys To The Kingdom card that fit our room door also opend the door to our room on board ship. There was our luggage. Same story on the day of our disembarkation. Off the ship, on the bus and this time we watched a cartoon. You and yours will be so spoiled.
