Bumper Cars?

What did I miss. I have been in two rooms that have bumper cars???

They are using the water slide to start than one is using alice cars and another is using a car i have never seen before.

Some people are making it a game now out of it and a car wash

I was in a quest yesterday that used them. It was so much fun zooming around the room picking up items in the little car! Wish it wasn't a bug and you could do that always!
