Bulk Email /membership database program

I am a president of a small non profit club and I am looking for a membership database program program that I can use to send the members ( about 150 or so) club emails...Something free would be great..

thanks, These emails will be send to all paying members and will only be used only once or twice a month at most...its mainly going to let members know about club happenings

For our swim team - 170 swimmers, about 250 e-mail addresses, we just set up a gmail account and then created a blind copy address list.

We send out at least 1 e-mail a week and we have never had a problem yet. Our families just make sure the e-mail address is allowed. It works well for a small organization without having to spend money on a mailer program.

An added bonus, we also use that e-mail address for our twitter updates.
