Built in USB ports?

ive seem some vlog posts on the refurbished rooms at Pop Century and it looks like ther are a lot of built in USB ports in the rooms. Are they adding these to any other existing resorts? It’s a great feature!

They offered these in some resorts over two years ago.

If they are replacing the room alarm clock (or clock radios) with these, they are doing so very slowly.

It appears that all refurbished rooms going forward have the USB built-ins in the bureaus, nightstands and so on.

I saw a video walkthrough of either AKL Jambo or AKL DVC (Jambo too) that had built-in USB ports, which surprised me as I thought they hadn't been recently refurbished.

They also have them in the new rooms at Yacht Club, and who knows where else! Probably everywhere, eventually.

CSR's refurbished rooms have them. As more resorts get renovated, the USB ports will be added.

Keep in mind also the TV in the room will usually also have USB ports.

What I do is I bring my own plug in that just plugs into an outlet and gives me 2 or 3 USB ports

They have them at AKL and Boardwalk. AKL also has them on some of the lamp bases in the lobby, and so does the Polynesian.

Beach Club had them in their renovated rooms in 2015! I was spoiled there and then when I was at POFQ in 2016 there were none to be found. I didn't see them in 2017 WL rooms (non Villa).
