Hi all,
I'm in the process of creating a website that contains a worldwide photographers database for people to come to when in need of a photographer for events not local to them, or when they don't have a referral. Essentially this idea came about while planning my destination wedding in an area where the only photographer recommended was by the hotel. I did a lot of research and finally found someone else, but the whole process got me thinking - there's not an easy, free, and simple website for this.
The Photographers Database.
Anyways, that's the site. Ultimately I'm not making any money from this - users can pay $3/mo. for a premium link, but it all goes back into hosting the site. Again, it's in the process of being built, but anyone that would like to promote themselves, ultimately on a site that should get quite a few visitors once it really gets rolling, is welcome too. And if you have any suggestions, I'd definitely like to hear them. Keep in mind, it's still in progress, so nothing is set in stone.
Ok, I think that's it.
Thanks,
Stefan
<- No real reason to add that. I just think it's funny.
