My Question is...
Is there a Buildabear in Downtown Disney Orlando?
If there is Can you make Characters?

No....there is a Build a Dino in the T-Rex Restaurant. Not sure if TRex has character costumes for the Dinos tho. I believe they are owned by the same company, so you *may* be able to use BAB coupons or BAB Bucks.

We took DS to Build-a-Dino at DD in June and I was able to use my $10 reward from BAB there. They were not able to apply the amount I spent to my BAB rewards account in the store (something about how their registers were set up), but I called the 800 number with my receipt info from BAD and it was credited. I don't think you'll have a problem using coupons there. I was told my the CM that they do accept them unless the coupon specifically prohibits it.

Alot of the coupons for BAB have printed on them "not for use at Build a Dino".

If you mean can you make the Disney Characters (like the costumes they have at BAB) the answer is no. Build a Dino has a few clothes and shoes and things but no Disney characters. (as of this morning).
The closest BAB to WDW is the Florida mall.
