Does anyone know what the typical cost of a "build-a-dino" is at the T-Rex restaurant in Downtown Disney?

The cost at the Kansas City location that was attached to the T-Rex Cafe there was the same price range as regular BABW outfits and stuffies. I know that's not exactly your question, but I would presume that the prices are the same, since both are connected to the T-Rex joint.

I can affirm that it was a really fantastic experience for my kids, and totally worth our 3 hours each way drive. Food was really fantastic as well.

We just did this. The cheapest Dino is $15. There are also $18 Dino's and $20 Dinos. Voiceboxes $3-$7. Full outifits approx. $12. Shoes approx. $5.

You can spend as little as $15 or as much as you want depending on the accessories.

Both of my kids got $20 dinos and $5 t-shirts, plus a soundbox (it roars.) There were a few cheaper dinos though.

Average price for each of my kids Dinos were about $30. They each got a dino, roar, and outfit.
They loved the restaurant!

Also, I saw online with them you can buy gift cards too. We plan to buy them for Easter and give them to them when we go on our trip in August. Another souvenir paid for before we get there. :)

Do they take the Stuff for Stuff cards from Build A Bear?
They do take the stuff 4 stuff certificates, but only one per transaction. But they were really nice and rang all my stuff up seperately since I had 3 different certificates

Can you use a Build-a-Bear gift card?

Yes, they do. But it takes awhile, as they had to run them through a different machine and then use the ticket from that machine to key into the register.

As for coupons, I had one that came with our Build-a-Bear Wii game, and one in the mail for DS's birthday, and in the fine print it specifically says not to be used at a build a dino inside of a trex cafe.
But they were super friendly, and it runs just like a build-a-bear. We got 2 dinos, with clothes, and my youngest just wanted the baby dino in the egg, so that was only $12.50. Between the 3 kids, minus the certificates and gift cards, I only spent $13 out of pocket!
The boxes are just like the BABW boxes, but with a hole in the front and back for the head and tail to stick out of, so the kids got alot of comments walking through the lobby of the hotel, of people asking where we got them!
