Build-A-Bear in WDW?

Is there a Build-A-Bear store anywhere in WDW? I thought there might be one in Downtown Disney, but I just can't remember. DD is really into her animals/ babies at home and LOVES to dress them. She's never been to a Build-A-Bear store before, so if they was indeed one in WDW, I thought WDW would be a really special & magical place to make her first one.

We leave in 3 days - I can't believe it!!!

My daughter is also into build a bear. I don't remember there being one in disney world. I know they had a workshop in Disneyland that we went to.

Sorry, but I hope Im wrong... but than again, maybe not ! It costs me a fortune whenever she sees one of those shops! and we'll be there next month! LOL

unless it changed there was one in DTD in Disneyland not Disneyworld...( thats what we were told when we were there last year)

At Epcot - in Germany there is a store that you can "design" your own doll - hair color and style, eye color, clothing, accessories. It's much more expensive than Build-a-bear, but definitely can last a lifetime.

The Florida Mall in Orlando has a Build-a-bear store, but there is not one onsite at Disney.

I couldn't find if it is offered at the 2 Disney locations or not, but our local Rainforest Cafe has a "Build-A-Bear" type of thing located in the gift shop. The animals are all wild animals, instead of primarily bears.
