Just a quick question for anyone who has been to T-REX in Downtown Disney. I was just wondering if they had a build-a-bear type store but with dinosaurs as the stuffed animals? Thanks so much!:thumbsup2

Yep they sure do! We've been there the past 3 years now so our son can get one. They are around $20 each. I believe a couple are a little less, and a couple are a little more then that. They have you pick out the dino heart and then they stuff it for you. You can also buy outfits and go on the computer to name it before you leave.

Have fun!

thank you soo much! we will be there in november for our DD's sweet sixteen and shes been talking about getting a dinosaur for a while now! :)

We just made two our last trip. Don't wait too long to get there though because the girl that worked with my son told us that we lucked out and got there on the day of delivery. They are selling them like hotcakes and they are moving out fast!

Do you have to eat there to be able to do it?

No you can just go in and shop if you want to as well. I wouldn't worry about them selling out to be honest. We've stopped in for 3 years now and there have always been bins of them available.

More important question. Can the waiting staff direct my family as far away from this as humanly possible? WE have more than enough "sleep toys" at our house. :)

if you don't want the kiddos to see build-a-dino, STAY TO THE LEFT when you enter. to the right is the giftshop. the dinos are at the back of the giftshop.

OP.... they have REALLY cute girl dinos too. my daughter has a pink one who is wearing some short of frilly dress and pink diva sunglasses. she loved it so much, it was her carryon on the plane home. sheesh! big old box and all...

DS4-to be DS5 on our next trip, would like to have one for a gift after his B-Day lunch at T-Rex-of course I said sure! Sucker!!

FYI, This T-Rex location does not accept Build-A-Bear coupons. Still not a bad deal for $20 or less, something my kids look forward to every trip.
