anybody gonna collect the build-a-bears that McDonald's are giving out in Happy Meals? I started today, I want to try to get all 16 of them. Today I got set #4, the bear with the sport Jersey and the bear with the poodle dress.

yeah in each set should be one for a boy and one for a girl, 4 new set's come out every friday, I need set 2 and 3 now before Friday because then sets 5 -8 will come out. 16 bears total.

I am trying to keep DD from McDs. We love BAB, but we just have sooo many little toys that we "must collect" from McDs, that I just don't know if I can do anymore!

I am sure we will wind up with a couple over the time they are available, but I have to keep myself from being obsessive about this. Last year when they had the 50th anniv Disney figures, we would go to more than one McDs in a day trying to get them all!

She is not as into the bears from BAB, as the dogs and other animlas - so that might be my out!

Purposely the past two days when I picked her up from school I left my money at home, as usually one day a week she gets McDs for a treat after school. (Usually a day where she did not like what they had for lunch!)

I was hoping when Disney stopped being exclusive with them, they would have stuff we didn't want.... like the stuff at BK and Wendys for the most part!

We went through the drive-thru tonight and got our first one. Funny thing is, they asked me if it was for a boy or a girl and I told them girl but DD wound up getting marvelous monkey with the swim trunks. She's only 2 and doesn't care but I was wondering if others have been asked boy or girl and what they got?

I said I was staying away, but we went today. I got two Happy Meals, but we got the same bears, red gym shorts - so DD went inside and asked to exchange one - she got a cheerleader, and than asked if she could just buy the other two they had - I figured cheaper than two more Happy Meals. Unfortunately they just gave the last Firefighter to a little boy so she only go the one with the poodle skirt. Now I need to find the firefighter at another McDs.
