Buggy Board/ Kiddie Board

Anyone have one of these??? I have 3 kids....ages 5, 3 and 1. I was thinking of getting a Buggy Board to attach to the back of my Joovy Sit n Stand stroller so that all 3 of the kids can ride if needed.

Are they hard to attach/detach? Hard to drive the stroller with it attached???

Last year, the two oldest just stood side by side on the Joovy platform in the back, but now they are getting a bit too big to do that!

I'm not familiar w/the sit and stand stroller, but I do have the buggy board attached to my peg perego aria. The initial install of it, getting the straps tight on the strollers, I needed some muscle help from DH & my dad. (and I'll tell you those straps are NOT coming off that stroller now). But then all you do is hook the board into those straps, and it takes like 5 seconds to get it on and off. We used this last year in Disney for our 5 and 2.5 yr old. Before the bus, we just detached and carried the board. Very simple. For the monorail, we just left it on and pushed the stroller in. The only issue we had was the fight of who was going to sit, and who would stand on the board.

Good to know...thanks for the feedback. Did you find it hard to push the stroller around with the board attached??

I've been considering one of these too for my kids -- DS2, DS 3.5 & DD5. Can I ask which one you have? If I found a good one I think we could get away with 2 singles instead of the double and single

To me, the stroller was no more difficult to push with the buggy board attached to it...but I'm shorter. DH is 5'11" and said he had some issues with his longer steps, and his feet under the board. Not enough that he didn't push the stroller though. To me, it was fine. You just need to watch that if no one is in the front of the stroller (especially if its a light stroller) and the older child stands on the board, it tips a little cuz its off balance.

I have the Lascal Buggy Board. Just google that and you'll see it at places like One Step Ahead.

It definitely was easier for us for Disney, and for malls, zoo, etc.

Not familiar with the buggy board but what I do when we go out and I have my niece two is put one in the front, one sitting on the back and one standing in front of them. Good luck!

I have a Joovy too & my kids were the same age as yours (my oldest just turned 6 early May).

But all of my kids ride on the stroller. One sits & one stands & one in the front. They don't do it for long distances but when we go to the world next year (they will be 7, almost 5 & 2½) I plan to let them do that.

But then again my 6 yo is about 40-45 lbs & my 3 yo is barely 30 lbs & my 15 month old is the chunk of the group at 20-21 lbs.

I thought about getting a buggy board too but then I thought I would trip over it the entire time.
