Bug Spray and Merch Bags

This is a bit of an unfortunate tip but yet also a question. I'm not sure if anyone has taken notice, but the combination of bug spray and Disney merchandise bags is awful. I had a random black stain all over my shorts, as did my husband and we had no idea where it came from. Come to realize after several days of carrying merch bags- they rub off due to bug spray. We even tested it out. So I wanted to caution everyone to be very careful and ask for the clear bags! Does anyone have ideas of which department to call and speak to someone? I'm never one to complain but both of us had also purchased our ruined shorts at the Springs

According to DW, the bug spray also ruined the manicure she got the day before we left for WDW.

Apparently, the bug spray and plastic/acrylic don't play well together.

Just our merch bags getting wet made them runny. We were in a rainstorm and when we got on the bus discovered we all had blue legs.
