Buffets?

I am traveling with my dh and son (4). Are the buffets generally quicker? I initially thought that they would of course be quicker, but I heard many post that they had to wait for places like Cape May?

If your question is whether you still have to wait to be seated at a buffet, the answer is yes. No different than any other restaurant. Your advanced dining reservation guarantees you the next available table for your size group. At any Disney restaurant you may get seated at your ADR time or you may have to wait.
If you make your reservations for non-standard eating times you may reduce or eliminate any wait time.
