So now that buffets are opening back up, how are they being handled? Is it the pre-Covid free for all or are servers serving the food or something else?

boma is pretty much the same as it always was

We went to Boma last week. You serve yourself, but masks are required at the buffet and there is hand sanitizer at the entrance - though it's up to the individual to actually use it and not everyone did. Still, we were very comfortable there and have booked it once again for our Dec trip. Everyone has a different level of comfort right now and there's no simple right answer.
