I did not have dinner at the buffet, but this tip is applicable to breakfast and lunch:
Take a few moments to look through THE WHOLE ROOM. They have food spread out in some unexpected places. For example, at breakfast they have bacon, eggs, fruit, bread, etc. on the very obvious buffet line -- you can't possibly miss them. But then after you pick up your drinks, there's a small table between the two buffet lines. This table has oatmeal in a crockpot (with lots of topping choices), individual sized cereals, and -- the best thing -- Mickey head waffles in both chocolate and plain. Outside on the deck there's a CM who makes made-to-order waffles. Finally, near a table to the outside deck there are all sorts of pastries and whole fruits.
The point: Look around, or you will miss lots of yummy choices!
