Buffet Questions

I was wondering, if you don't have 25 people for a buffet, can you just pay for 25 people to hit the minimum?

I don't think it matters the actual guest count, even if it is under 25. My planner, when I was planning an Escape with only 20 guests, never said anything about that.

My minimum was 25 I think but I only had 18 people, I just had to pay a small party fee of $50

Sounds great. At the moment we have 22 that are coming and a possible 6-9 more. So I think we would hit the 25 person minimum anyway, I just wanted to check before I really got into the nitty gritty of food planning.

I am in the same boat. I have 17 people total, 3 events, and only one small party fee Each even has a buffet, and each did say 25 minimum.
