Buffet Etiquette

I love Buffets. I guess I never thought of them as germy before. I did teach my kids the correct manners though. And had to reteach some to my DH when we got together. LOL!
I do hate teh puhers though! And I also hate teh slow pokes in fornt of me, and it makes you want to be a pusher. It' not that hard of a desicion, if you aren't sure get it and just don't eat it if you don't like it. I'm usually pretty fast, so when someone crowds me I usually give them a dirty look.

There are probably less germs in a butt licking cat mouth than there are at some of those buffet tables. Blech!! I won't eat at one unless I am one of the first ones in line when it opens.

I agree!!

Buffets are just another place were people show that they have no social skills, or class.

I am often one of the people that get bulldozed over by an incosiderate person trying to get to something in front of me, while they are in line behind me.

I liked Ohanas annd Akershus because they bring the food to the table. It does not stay as hot but it's not sneezed on or picked over either.

Buffet etiquette???

Grab and move, grab and move! Don't hold up the lines by looking!

"Is this chicken or fish?"

"It's chicken, now grab and move, grab and move. You're taking so long, the food is going to go bad by the time my turn comes. I'm like a ninja at the buffet. I don't even know what I have until I get back to the table."

"Oh! They had short ribs??? I didn't know that!"

"Grab and move, grab and move."

Also, don't forget, most Disney buffets have the "pod" concept. You do not have to wait in a long line. Just go to the "pod" that has foods you want. The Boma is the worst for this. People line up all the way around the restaurant to start at the "beginning" of the line, when they don't have to wait for the other pods.

Oh yeah, "butt licking catmouth" is my new insult.
