Buffet Breakfast?

Where do you recomment a good breakfast buffet?

dw and i went to cape may last trip and thought the buffet was good. we would go back there again. This was the only breakfast buffet that we have tried at wdw so far.

Our 2 favorite breakfast buffets are 1900 Park Fare at GF and Tusker House in AK. However, they are both character meals so keep that in mind.

Boma is also a fabulous breakfast buffet, and my favorite non-character breakfast buffet.

I agree. Our favorite buffet breakfast on property is at Boma. We do it almost every trip. It depends though on whether or not you have children and want to do a character breakfast, because Boma is character-free.

Donald's Safari Breakfast is great for kids. Mickey, Pluto, and Goofy inside and Donald outside taking pictures. Pluto leads the kids on a parade-type march around the restaurant. My son loved it and the food is pretty tasty, too. Also, you can get into AK early and be deep in the park when you're done so you are ahead of most other people.

We have seen Donald inside:

This was at Tusker House.

They are all the same food wise... I think anyway. The food at Tusker House was about the most different I have seen. Oh and Norway.... if you are into that kind of thing. We thought the food was awful... but fish for breakfast is not our thing. I also don't eat eggs.... and NO MICKEY WAFFLES!

Character buffet, we like Crystal Palace, Tusker House.

Well, we went to "Donald's Breakfast Safari" at TH May 29, 2010 and it was as I listed: Donald outside and Mickey, Pluto, and Goofy inside. Apparently it has changed since then but that is who was advertised as being there and who was actually there at that time.

We've done Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace & Tusker House. Tusker House is the best of those three by far IMHO.

Pluto was there when we were there in August '09 and December '10. Minnie was there too in December '10.

And I definitely agree. Tusker House hands down is the best breakfast and it is a must every trip for my family. My family is big breakfast eaters (we normally go big breakfast and smaller lunch/dinner. This is is how our family would rate the breakfast at Disney on a 4 rating

Another vote for Crystal Palace!!

Crystal Palace IS very good, too. It's also very convenient to get to in MK so you can get there for your res from anywhere in 10 minutes or less.
