Buffet at Storytellers

We will be having a breakfast at Storytellers when we are in DL. Can anyone tell me what is available in the buffet there?

Absolutely - plain scrambled eggs, usually a poached salmon, hickory smoked bacon, lots of fruits, lots of breads and pastries, cereals, Mickey Mouse waffles, sausages. It's a really nice selection with lots of plain things as well as "fancy" things for the adults.

Thanks Shawna - we did Goofys last year and loved it but I believe this buffet is a lot smaller! Never mind, we don't need to eat THAT much!

You're right. We usually do Goofy's quite a bit over our trips but we hit all the character meals at least once. I prefer Storyteller's for breakfast actually and they do have some of the get down and dance time for the kids, just different than Goofy's. It's a little nicer atmosphere and the interaction isn't quite as overwhelming at Storyteller's. We still love it and I love their foods for breakfast the best of all the character meals. We're junkies on character meals - but I promise you, you're still going to be very very full. lol...

What "get down and dance time" do they have? We were there in May for almost two hours and they did not do anything with the children (besides do the regular rounds to the tables, which took 2 hours). I knew it was more laid back then Goofy's but I kind of missed the good character interaction. It was nice to see the woodsy characters all in one setting.

They usually do congo lines and skip to my Lou dances around the restaurant that the kids can join in on. They did NOT do it when we were there last October, but they did do it in February and April. It's not as big or as organized as Goofy's though. Unfortunately you're not the first who has said that about Storyteller's, but when they are "on it" at that meal, it's fantastic!
