Buffet Action Stations

I love the idea of action stations in our buffet. Wondering which ones you have chosen and what is actually available

We are having a couple.

For our welcome party we are having a chef prepare burgers made to order on the grill.

For our brunch we are having a mickey waffle station, an omelette station and a carving station.

For our dinner that night we are having a pasta action station.

We had a pasta station for our daughter's wedding. There was a chef preparing veg's. So dish the pasta and having a choice of having veg's added then marinara sauce or alfretto sauce.

You can work with Disney to create pretty much anything you want. I've always liked the idea of the mashed potato martini bar, where you can choose from different types of mashed potatoes served in martini glasses, or a customize-your-own mac 'n' cheese bar with tons of different toppings.

We are having a few things for our action station! We are doing a mashed potato martini bar with all sorts of toppings, risotto with crab as the topping, and mac n cheese with lobster as the topping! They are all yummy!

We had a carving station that had a whole roast sirloin (delicious!) and we had a pasta action station that served penne with an a la vodka sauce and bowtie pasta with an alfredo sauce. The pasta station was a huge hit, the smells coming from it had people dying to eat, lol.
