Is it worth £32?

Im thinking of going here one evening but my mum says she wont try and convince my dad because she thinks its expensive. We have never been so if its any good and i change her mind she could prob sway my dad.
I just think my DD would love seeing the horses.

My miserable Dp refuses to go as well. He thinks it is not worth the money. We have never been, so what does he know. I have only hear good things about it. Think I might need to pre-book it as a surprise and watch his face when we go. :rotfl:

I have been thinking about this for next year, I have heard good things too, my little fella is going to be nearly 3 when we go. Any good for the little fellas out there?

I personally think that it's a great experience and worth the money.
You get a cool hat, a really gppd hearty meal, if you ask for a different drink like orange juice they get it for you from the bsr before the show starts etc, and the show itself is really great and something the whole family can enjoy.
it's also something fun to do when the park is closed.
it is expensive but if you can afford it it's a lovely memory.

oh - sorry tiringday - does your little boy sit still? Mine doesn't like to for too long. the food helped to keep him still though and he did like the cowboys and all the animals.

my daughter will only b 2 so will she eat free or will i just have to give her some of my food as i refuse to pay for a childs set meal when she will hardly eat it.

I really enjoyed the show as did hubby, however, our little boy who is almost 4 got really fed up and fidgety. It is quite a long show and it has a lot of talking moments, it's not 100% action. DS didn't like the dark or the loud bangs of Annie's guns. It's such a shame cos we really thought he'd love it. Mind you, when we came out of it he did request a 'rope thing' (lassoo) like the cowboys had!

We went this week for the 6.30 show on Monday night and it was full. The show itself was excellent and highly recommended. The food was OK, not brilliant, but it was filling and they keep coming round to top up your beer (or coke), but you are really paying for the show, not the food.

But - it's a 1½ hours show, can be very loud, dark and slow in places. You are sat in very long row of seats with not a great deal of space so you can not easily get up and walk around unless you are on the end of a line.

Would I take a 2 year old to it - No.

I've booked tickets for January...My 7 (will be then) year old and 2 year old are going to it.....I'm positive the 2 year old will love it...if not I've wasted money!:rotfl:

We were actually quite impressed with the veggie food - above average from the meals we had in the disney parks themselves (though rainforest cafe & king ludwigs were better).

Both our children had a great time - its not like they have to sit still properly as there is lots of hat waving and banging on floor / tables which they got really into.

DD enthused about it and when asked what her favourite thing at disney was she says the wild west show! Infact she wanted to go there every night LOL!

Our cups were filled at least 4 times during the show so whereas I've read about it not really being unlimited drink there was plenty as far as I am concerned!

I will maybe have to rethink this, he is not into sitting still for very long. I think we will have to make the call closer to the time. He changes from day to day so no telling what he will be like in 7 months time.

I think I will be getting him to watch some John Wayne, Lone Ranger and Woody's Roundup if it looks like we are going to get him in the mood.

poppyolivia - don't worry too much. mine were similar ages and got a lot out of it. i had my little boy on my knee and pointed things out. he didn't cry or try to run away. he liked the food and all the action and the animals.

We really enjoyed our evening at Buffalo Bills in April. We thought the food was good for the amount of people they are serving at one time- proper wildwest food.
DD (7) really enjoyed the show especially the cheering, waving hats,, stomping feet and banging cutlery.- No it is not a quiet show.

I wrote a fuller report of our trip there but dont know how to link it- think it was titled Our Free Trip to Buffalo Bills- Yeeha (or something like that)

Yes we actually got a free trip there but still think it was worth the money we would have paid

We went to Buffalo Bills last tuesday to the 6.30 show and thoroughly enjoyed it . Highly recommended . We have two daughters age 4 & 6 and they had a great night yeeeeeeehaaaaaahh:)

I thought I'd let you see how relaxed DD2 (4th from the right) was
