Buffalo airport dining?

I believe there is a table service restaurant down at one of the ends of the airport. I have never eaten there as I always have an early morning flight and just grab Timmie's. Not sure what time your flight is at but the airport does have a large food court area (well, decent sized) and some other options. IF the table service doesn't work out for you.

Hope this helps:)

Thanks, our flight is around 7pm...I thought if we were there a bit early, a table service would keep the kids busy for a bit longer: )

You're pretty much limited to the food court, or the Anchor Bar with its famous wings (and beer, of course! :thumbsup2 ) We love this, and always try to build in time to eat. It pains DH to be at the airport anytime early, but when the Anchor Bar beckons I can always get him there. I'm not sure it'll keep the kids interested for long, though.

The good news is the terminal is so small that you can walk around without any concern about being too far away from your gate.

I found the anchor bars wings to be terrible. I was pretty excited to try them but they weren't my style i suppose. But they do have beer!!!

Former Buffalonian and now Canadian that is having a heart attack after reading this post! :scared1:

The Anchor Bar is where Buffalo style chicken wings started. So, just so you know, whatever "style" you have grown accustomed to, is NOT a Buffalo style chicken wing.:snooty:
There, rant over!:lmao:

I think they probably serve other types of food...and although I just totally ranted about their wings, and please don't tell my Buffalonian family this, I've never actually had their wings...:ssst::guilty:

Our flights are usually in the AM so we wait for the food court to open and then DH gets a breakfast panini and the girls and I get fruit smoothies. I love vacation traditions!

I HAVE SINNED!!!! hahahahaha. I love wings and was looking forward to them but they seemed greasey, undercooked and full of vinegar. maybe i caught a bad batch that day, but they were nasty. all four of us agreed which included my wife and we know how husbands and wives don't agree on anything. hahahah.

There is a place called whichwich that makes a pretty descent sub there. Far better than the gross food court. It is far down right near the southwest gates. Turn to the right when you get past security and it is almost at the very end
