We just got back yesterday from a two night stay at the Resort Village and Spa after our Disney Cruise. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. At first glance I thought wow. After being in an inside cabin on the cruise ship the room looked huge. After taking a shower my husband reached for a nice fluffy bath towel. He noticed something on the towel, called me in to look. I couldn't believe my eyes. There was feces on the towel! 
He immediately took another shower. The next morning we took the towel to the front desk. The manager wasn't there so we left a message. He called us later and apologized for the towel. He said they had had some problems with "rust" in the laundry. My husband asked him if he looked at the towel. He hesitated then agreed with my husband that it probably wasn't rust. He said he would give our room a complimentary cleaning for our trouble. We were getting ready to leave and decided we would lock our valuables in the safe for the cleaning which was locked so we couldn't use the safe. I called the front desk and was told the manager would come and unlock the safe but it would be an hour or two. I cancelled the cleaning and told her to tell the manager we had already wasted enough of our vacation time on this. We never received any more calls from the manager. The bed was very uncomfortable and we had to park at the back of the building which was a very long walk. We will definitely not stay here again. This really grossed us out!
