I've found a great price through dreams unlimited of $88/night for a 2 bed queen suite that will sleep DH and I and our three kids with free full breakfast buffet, includes fridge and microwave, and it's quite close to the parks (according to Unofficial Guide, between 8 and 12 minutes). I've not really heard much about this place on this board and it seems like a great price to me. Am I missing something?

If y ou do a search a lot of people don't like it. Others seem to like it.
I will be staying there (through dreams unlimited, also) in Dec.

I guess it all depends on what kind of hotel service you are used to.

I don't need a 5 star hotel when we will barely be in the room.
I would rather stay onsite, but this is a last minute, get money together trip.
So, I would rather stay offsite here, than not be there at all.

Stayed here in May 2005 and found it very nice. Clean and friendly staff. Free breakfast was good and having the separate bedroom was great for the kids. The only downside seemed to be the pool area. Nothing spectacular - plain pool with no frills.
I too was worried because no one talked about this place on the boards. :confused3 Probably because most like to stay on-site.
We thought it was a very nice place to stay and a great bargain. It took us 10 min to get to the parks. (Straight shot on World Center Dr /536)
You'll enjoy it!! :)

Thanks for this info. I think you are right. Most people like to stay onsite.
I do too, but it is just too expensive this time around.
I'm glad you posted...can't wait to get there.

Stayed there last month. It was great. Clean. Plenty of room. Good food. We would stay there again.

FYI, after reading this thread last night, I plugged in my dates for next Nov/Dec and also received the rate of $88. + tax. Usually we do skyauction, but this time I only need two nights before our cruise. I also like that I can cancel up to 7 days before with no penalty. Planning a vacation more than a year ahead of time, who knows what could change between now and then!
