Hello all....anyone ever stayed in the Buena Vista Suites in Orlando? We are arriving a day early than our DVC reservation and there are no rooms available in the vacation club and the value resorts are all sold out also. We booked this resort for $89 for the night. Anyone have any imput about this hotel?
Thanks.
Tom

I just came back from a 2 night stay there... I typically stay @ a disney deluxe resort.. with that being said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for a trip.

We stayed here the first two nights of our trip in August and would absolutely stay again. The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfy and the linens were quite nice. As a family, we appreciated having two separate rooms. We will certainly be back if we need a place for a couple of nights. And the $89 is real - no resort fees or parking fees on top. Breakfast was good also, not spectacular, but very solid offering.

For the breakfast is it the usual continental or do they have eggs and bacon as well?

Yeah - they have a full breakfast available. It isn't the Ritz but it is a solid 3 star property with some extra amenities. It is clean and has all the basics. If you like higher end properties you would be much happier at their sister property the Caribe Royale.

Just make sure you aren't confusing Buena Vista Suites with Buena Vista Palace... very different places! :thumbsup2

BuenaVista Suites is the Hotel were we stay every time we go to Orlando,we have AP and going every two ,three months to Disney just for the weekend is cheaper for us to stay here. The rooms have been recently remodeled and they look pretty nice, they have a microwave ,little fridge and kitchenette and the Breakfast is included,is a buffet breakfast, with a chef that prepared omelets on request ,for us is a convenience not to drive around Orlando early in the morning and having to pay extra for breakfast ( family of 4 ,usually travel with friends and relatives ).And is close to all the parks ,not only WDW but Seaworld and Universal.
And yes they have room service.

We will be there on December 17 for 9 nights. Our first visit to this hotel. We will try to give an update of the hotel when we return.
