Buena Vista Suites

Has anyone stayed her before? What was your experience? Were the rooms clean, friendly staff, close to Disney? The hotel looks good but I'm looking for some first hand knowledge.

We have stayed here twice. We only stayed for one night each time until our timeshare was ready.

We had a newly renovated room so everything was clean. The staff has always been accommodating. The free breakfast has always been met by my family with satisfaction. The pool is tiny but warm.

If you are looking for a resort feel, it does not have it. It is right on the main road but the pool area is surrounded nicely and still feels private.

We stayed in September for 8 days and found it to be very clean and very close to the parks. We encountered mostly friendly staff. The rooms were great and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool is tiny, as mentioned. It's not a resort. My kids and husband enjoyed the breakfast. But, it was the only place we found problems. Some of the breakfast staff were not polite. Other than that, we thought it was great!

I stayed at their sister property, the Caribe Royale, and I've got nothing but love for that place. The Buena Vista Suites has a free breakfast, which was almost enough to convince me to stay there, over the Caribe Royale.

I was able to book the Buena Vista Suites through Mousesavers for an $89 rate in November. We got the free breakfast, free internet, coupons for $20 at the bar (good for food and drink). With the microwave and frig, I think this is a great opportunity for families. You have a choice of 2 Qs or a K (upsell) and a pull-out sofa in a separatel iving area.

We would stay here again (especially when it's cheaper than value resorts at WDW).
