Buena Vista Suites Package deal

I just checked and Buena vista suites has a 4 night stay including 3 Park hopper tix that never expire.Plus full american breakfast.
4 people $855.00

Seems too cheap whats the catch??
I have seen some good reviews of this palce.Thoughts?

Buena Vista Suites is a wonderful choice. Free Breakfast buffet, free parking, no resort fee, close to the parks, the 2 room suites are very nice. I have stayed there several times. right now there is $69 rate for the second night of stay for select dates. Here is a link with the dates and info. Please let me know if you have any questions.
