Im staying at the buena vista palace in april 10th-24th.
Is it a good hotel from personal experience?
What is the restaurants and food like and when do they serve too?
And what is transport like?Thanksss:thumbsup2

I've stayed there twice and I love it there! :) It's my favorite hotel offsite. The transportation was pretty efficient. The buses come just outside the courtyard about every 20 minutes. The dining options are great as well. There's a little market that serves all sorts of foods and snacks. We ate there for breakfast every day. There is also a great sports bar and restaurant with DELICIOUS food that we discovered by accident. We were headed over to Epcot with plan to eat at Nine Dragons in China and then watch Illuminations. We had a room with a theme park view, which just so happened to be of Epcot, and it started to pour. So we decided to see what restaurants were around the hotel. We found this place and it was great! Really good prices too! :) There is also a character breakfast on Sundays which is really fun for kids, and the is a great steakhouse called the Outback, which is a little pricey but is a great value if you go on Thursdays when they have their all you can eat prime rib special. :) The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are as well. They are very classy and have a very upscale feel to them, as well as around the entire resort. The pools are fun, and make sure you check out the tennis courts! :) Also, Downtown Disney is right next door, which is very convenient! Make sure you check out all the dining options there as well, like Fulton's crab house and Rainforest Cafe! :santa:

Just got home from there this morning. My keycards did not work once but twice. They looked at me like I was stupid. I work with these every day.Resort view could be looking at a roof top with air handlers. Hair in my towel and I am bald so it wasn't mine. Linens with holes and rust stains on them. No coffee cups for the coffee maker. Some stuff on the wall by the toilet paper. You can guess what that is.This stayed there for four days as I wanted to see how long it would take to clean the mess off the wall. I stayed in this place in April and it was great. This time it was a real downer. We complain to front desk but they did not even care. If you stay don't expect much.Good luck as we would not recommend them.

We've stayed there 3 different times, and loved it every time. Great hotel, great location. Never dined there so can't comment. Bus transportation to Disney parks comes on a regular basis, but depending on how many stops they have to make you could be looking at a bit of a wait either going or coming.

Never experience what the previous poster commented on, but I guess your mileage may vary.

I've stayed there a few times. Great location... walking distance from Downtown Disney, how could it get better. Good experience every time. I think you will be happy with your choice.

I got married there and we had a wonderful time and its just a small walk to Downtown Disney. Its not perfect but what is? Highly recommend it
