Anyone every stay at the Buena Vista Palace? Thoughts?

i'll be there in May for a conference....i have to stay there, so i didn't really look into what it's like.....if not for the conference, i wouldn't stay there (for the money, i'd rather stay in a disney hotel)...

you could look it up on tripadvisor.com and see what they say..

i think the place has been remodeled recently, but it's not disney...

Planning? What's that? Oh the stuff my better half does every night? I getcha

Can't wait, got holiday/wedding paid for through Virgin, Disney tickets arrived on Wed (i assume, they've been sent to post office as i was at work so couldnt sign) - which is great considering i ordered them online on Monday and didn't pay for the delivery (just regular free option) - will pick them up tomorrow morning, putting paid to my Saturday lie in as the post office is only open til 1015

All attire is bought, well i think so, my suit is anyway

Rings are bought and customised, just not paid for yet.

Dollars not bought yet, damn fluctuating exchange rate

Oh and my ticket is not accurate, as I set it to the day we fly to Orlando, our wedding is 5 days later!!

It was all good! We finally ended up on the train which was great (although the screaming kids on the way back wasn't!) and we had 5 fun filled days of Disney fun.

We were supposed to go to Paris for one day, but i had a bad cold most of the time, so we decided to take it a bit slower round the parks and go back for a nap after lunch.

Don't worry, a trip report has already been started!

excellent stuff - i always feel my fiancée and I are "cheating on" DLRP, as it was always "our" Disney and now we're getting married and inviting it's big brother instead

Lol, my boyfriend really loved DLRP but i felt like it was more of the warm up for WDW. I am sure you are going to have a FAB time! We will need photos!

Um, erm, um i think photos are banned at this particular wedding venue

DLRP was the first holiday we ever went on together, and actually didn't even think about going to WDW til last year, think i'm hooked now, this place doesn't help the addiction either
