Hey guys!

Just got back from a week at WDW. We stayed at Beuna Vista Suites right down the road from WDW.

I know some people on this board did not like it, but it was nice.
Yes, the bathroom needed a bit of help, but it was not moldy or nasty.
Just needed a little new paint or updating.

We did not use the sofa bed but I can tell you the sofa was not comfortable.
The room was clean everyday when we got back, and we had no trouble.

The breakfast was a lot of food! Biscuits and gravy, eggs made to order, french toast, waffles (frozen), etc. There is a spot with milk and choc.milk as well as coffee, juice, tea and hot chocolate mix.

I took some photos of the room, if anyone wants to see, just pm me and I will send them your way as soon as I upload them.

Oh! There is a company there trying to sell timeshares, we just told them no, we were not interested and they left us alone.

Thank you for your review! I am staying there Jan 3rd - 9th, and while I have not heard many bad reviews of the hotel, it is always nice to read another positive. I will have to tell my bf about the biscuits and gravy...he loves that! I only hope that the sofa bed isn't quite as uncomfortable is it seems...that is where he will be sleeping.

I will pm you for the pictures--thanks!

Hi Lah, No that hotel is not the old Wyndham. This hotel is located on the corner of Rt 535 and World Center Drive. The address is 8203 World Center Drive. The hotel is well located just 1 1/2 miles from the Entrance to Disney World. You turn right out of the parking lot and you are there in no time. (5 minutes)

Just a note this hotel has Queen suites and King suites. The queen suite has two queen beds in the bedroom area and a sleep sofa in the living room area. The king bed suite has one King bed in the bedroom and the sleep sofa in the living room area. The king suite also has a Whirlpool Jacuzzi Tub for Two. Both types of suites has a full size Refrigerator, Microwave Oven, and Coffee Tea Makers. Plus everone in the room gets a free American Buffet breakfast that was mentioned earlier in this thread.

Glad to hear the good report. A friend and her family are staying there in Jan - when she visited in Nov, we made a stop at the hotel, and they were kind enough to give us a key card to one of the rooms. It was a nice size and very clean room. We were impressed with what we saw available for the free breakfast. They are a family of 5, and spend very little time in their room. While they love staying at the Disney resorts, she decided she would go this route this time, which would allow them to save a little money and possibly be able to make more than one trip this year (they are from Syracuse). You can't beat the location.
